1. Underwear - all underwear are considered the same product category. This means all:
- Ranges (Apex III, Elite II, Paradise Pocket, Tactical II, Endurance, Classic, etc)
- Fits (Standard, Athletic, Longer)
- Styles (boxer brief, trunk, brief, boxer)
- and Fabrics (Re:Luxe, Compression, Luxe) are considered the same product category.
Intimate items such as underwear and socks cannot be resold once worn due to hygiene and health code policies. Because of this, we can only process a refund for 1 pair of underwear and socks that have been taken out of their packaging only if you order 1 pair. But don't worry, we have a very accurate fit guide that usually gets it right the first time. When ordering 2 or more pairs, neither gets a free return or exchange.
2. Performance Dress shirt and the Performance Short Sleeve Button Up in all styles, fits and fabrics are considered the same product line
3. T shirts in all necklines (V neck, crew neck) and sleeve lengths (short, long) in all styles, fits and fabrics are considered the same product line
4. Polos are considered their own product line
5. Undershirts in all necklines (v neck, crew neck) in all styles, fits and fabrics are considered the same product line
6. All socks in any fit or style are considered the same product category
7. Training shorts (Titan, Contender, Heavyweight) are considered the same product line
8. Limitless Performance Chinos, Chino Shorts and Chino Shorts 2.0 are considered the same product line
The First Garment Guarantee only applies to your 1st order for that product category and can only be used for 1 return or exchange. if an exchange is processed, the exchange order is covered under the Sustainable Returns Guarantee instead of the First Garment Guarantee.
Returns are processed in 3 weeks from when the returned items are delivered to our warehouse.
Underwear is an intimate item that cannot be resold once opened and tried on due to hygiene, so after your first pair, all other returned pairs must be discarded if they are taken out of their packaging.
Help us reduce return processing costs and discarded products by reducing returns, and we’ll pass this savings back to you in the form of lower prices. It’s more sustainable for your wallet, for our business and for our planet.

For orders with multiple items and international (non-US) orders, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for all items that are unopened, still in their original packaging and have not been tried on, washed or damaged. The refund deductions below will apply:

Due to health code regulations and hygiene concerns, company policy and the intimate nature of underwear, we cannot accept returns or issue a refund if the underwear has been tried on or taken out of its individual package (excluding your first pair).
