US Shipping

Continuous 48 states:
Orders under $59 → $3.20
Orders over $60 → On the house (free)

Orders ship in ~24 hours (excl. weekends & holidays), and typically arrive in 3-8 days to the continuous 48 states. Please note: shipping can be delayed during holidays or due to uncontrollable events such as weather and COVID. You'll receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped.

    Alaska, Hawaii and Territories of the United States (Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin islands, Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau): flat rate of $15 for shipping. While we work hard to ensure that everyone gets their order on time, friends in Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories may see shipments of up to 4 weeks.

    US Military post Office: $10 flat rate for all orders. Thank you so much for your service!

     

    International Shipping

    No matter where you are, we'll get our products to you. 

    Canada: $15 flat rate standard shipping. Orders to Canada usually arrive within 1 - 2 weeks. Please note that due to some courier’s reduced capacity and manpower from COVID, we have seen some packages take 4 - 6 weeks to deliver. We kindly appreciate your patience as our courier partners deliver your package as fast as they can.

    Australia & New Zealand: $45 flat rate standard shipping. Orders to AU or NZ usually arrive within 2 - 4 weeks.

    $20 flat rate standard shipping applies for all other international orders (outside of the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand). International orders usually arrive within 2 - 4 weeks. Please note that due to some courier’s reduced capacity and manpower from COVID, we have seen some packages take 6 - 9 weeks to deliver. We kindly appreciate your patience as our courier partners deliver your package as fast as they can.

     

    Customs for International Shipping

    Although infrequent, international orders may be subject to customs import duties and taxes based on the destination country. All Citizens is unable to predict or control customs charges as they are levied by the destination country once the order reaches the destination country. All Citizens is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charges if incurred and any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country are the responsibility of the customer as all orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU).
