Comfort should be accessible to all

From those always on the move

That’s why we’ve made it our mission to democratize comfort.
And here's how we're doing it
  • 01.
    Premium Products
We combine high-performance fabrics with smart, comfort-enhancing designs to make category-leading apparel.
  • 02.
    Fewer Dollars
We invest in the highest quality materials and production methods, cut out unnecessary costs, and then offer our products at wallet-friendly prices 365 days a year.
  • 03.
    Better Retail Made Easy
Fast 3-day, carbon neutral shipping, better returns, sustainable fabrics, inclusive sizing, extended fits and a social mission to democratize comfort.

We do things a bit differently

Like other direct-to-consumer brands, we cut out the middlemen and unnecessary costs to bring you higher quality products at more accessible prices. But we take a much more spartan approach to core parts of our business to deliver even more value to you, our customer.

“Brand” Mark Up
Inflate prices because of “brand” and create an artificial exclusivity that they expect customers to pay more for.
+
Marketing
Celebrity endorsements, TV commercials, runway shows that you never watch and a flagship on 5th Ave/High Street. And guess who’s paying for all that? (Hint: it’s you)
+
Other Operating Costs
Retail and wholesale partnerships, storefronts in malls across the country, and tons of discarded inventory from last season - sounds like a lot of overhead.
+
Product Production and Delivery
Churn out seasonal products as quickly as possible, and opt for cheaper materials to reduce costs and increase margins. They benefit from massive economies of scale, but those savings rarely get passed on to their customers.

“Brand” Mark Up
Owe a return to their Venture Capital Investors and therefore need to pad their margins - resulting in higher product prices.
+
Marketing
Massive social media ad budgets and fancy packaging that costs more than the products inside.

These over-the-top practices raise their product prices and only benefit their bottom line, not their customers.
+
Other Operating Costs
With an average of 1 in 4 products being returned, it’s no wonder their operating costs and product prices are high.
+
Product Production and Delivery
Make marginally improved products that are "good enough" substitutes, then layer on clever marketing.

“Brand” Mark Up
We’re internally funded with a lean team, so we don't have to pad our margins or artificially charge for brand recognition.

We're customer obsessed and believe in pricing at the true value of the product.
+
Marketing
We believe customers should pay for the product, not the hype (because why should you pay higher prices so that companies can advertise to other people?)
+
Other Operating Costs
We make small production runs to ensure we have very little waste and overhead. And because of our streamlined return policy, we have a return rate that is 10 times lower than the industry average. Rather than keep these savings, we pass them back to you in the form of lower prices.
+
Product Production and Delivery
We spend 2-3 times more on our fabrics and materials so that our products are more durable and higher quality. Then, we add innovative designs to maximize comfort and performance. It takes more time to make our products and they cost more to make, but this results in best-in-class products at an exceptional value, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
